How do I prepare the Plenny Shake?
Simply mix two scoops of Plenny Shake powder with 300ml of water, shake for a few seconds, and your meal is ready to drink. For a smoother texture, we recommend using a shaker with a blender ball.
Where do you ship to?
We ship our products worldwide. Delivery times vary by region: typically 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and 5-10 business days for international orders outside of Europe.
